I am a Human-Centric kind of person, committed in having a positive impact in other people`s lives, always believing there is a solution to every problem. “Why” is my favorite question, “Why not” is my favorite answer.
 
After almost 7 years in the automotive marketing industry, at Renault, in 2001, she moved into the agencies advertising world and worked at JWT and McCann. In 2007 she entered the Gingko Group in Portugal as Marketing Director for 3 projects: the monthly magazine Gingko, the only one specialized in Sustainability; the creation and implementation of the Green Festival, the reference event in this area; and the Gingko Corporate Wellness Programme which included the management of a SPA at Lagoas Park. Back to the agencies, at Ogilvy&Mother she launches RedWorks, the fast-turnaround production unit, creating a portfolio of clients for tactical creativity and production and was also the Sustainability Champion representing Portugal in the network. She does volunteer work for various projects and completed a mandate as Vice President of Casa dos Rapazes, an institution for boys that are taken out of their families. Ana was the Executive Director of APDC – Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações until April 2018 when she moved to Jerónimo Martins to be the Head of Employer Branding and is very enthusiastic about being an WSA partner since 2014
