Georg studied Graphic and Communication Design in Vienna and works as a designer since 2012. In his spare time he combines his skills with his passionate work on social and environmental issues.

Co-founder of the app developers collective “Os”. The mobile game “Woody” raises awareness for nature in urban areas and won the European Youth Award in the category “Go Green” next to other prices. The mobile game “Newspeak” supports critical assessment of journalism with a playful approach and won the Content Award.

Georg is member of the Austrian Network for Information and Communication Technologies for Development ICT4D.at which cooperates and collaborates with grassroots organizations in the fields of science, arts, education, media and open source software to improve the lives of those in lesser developed countries.

His most recent project called “Nimble Building Days” aimed to improve the situation of refugees in a spare Red Cross home by working together on a more practical infrastructure and a more beautiful atmosphere. The event took place in July 2016 at Kurierhaus Lindengasse and was a decent success. Other Red Cross homes already expressed interest in a sequel of the event.
