Joosep is a computational and structural engineer, working at Sirkel & Mall OÜ, a leading architecture and engineering company in Estonia. The AEC (Architecture-Engneering-Construction) industry in one of the largest and most polluting industries in the world and Joosep's goal is to make the field more resource-efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable by propagating digital innovation and entrepreneurship in the field. His passion is applying new and innovative technologies such as parametric and generative design, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and AI tools to (literally) build a more sustainable future.

In 2019 Joosep was a European volunteer in the WSA family in Salzburg and became a WSA Youth Ambassador to continue supporting young change-makers in Estonia and the rest of the world.
