Marcia is Project manager at CDI Portugal - an NGO that makes social inclusion and digital innovation – with Center of Digital Inclusion that is a living laboratory of problem solving.
 
Center of Digital Inclusion works on the development of skills and digital training in a community model, where people identify problems in their community and design the solutions with technology.
 
Marcia have a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in human resource management and development. Also worked in the retail sector and in management of training and projects.
