He received his L.L.B. from Baku State University and L.L.M. from University of California Berkeley. After gaining experience in the United States working in a law firm and United Nations he decided to move back to Azerbaijan and to make changes in his career. Thus he started to work as a project manager at Innovations Center Azerbaijan.
